Knowledge base and Release Notes

To gain access to the knowledge base and release notes, you can register with your email address. Your domain name has been added to our academy, which means that every colleague who has an email address with @yourdomainname can also register on the knowledge base.

Step 1

In your Dunning or Recover application, go to the knowledge base link and press it, you will see the following screen:

Press the create account button (framed in red).

You will then see the following screen:

Enter your email address and press register (framed in red).

After pressing register you will see the following screen:

Step 2

You will receive an email with the sender External share for confluence (also check your spam folder). Press the link (click here to activate your account) as shown in the following screen:

You will see the following screen:

Enter your first name, last name and create a password. Then press the Activate button (framed in red).

Enter your email address and password and press the Login button (framed in red).

You will receive an email with a verification code from the sender External share for confluence (also check your spam folder). Enter the verification code and press Verify (framed in red).

Step 3

You are now logged in to the External Share For Confluence. When you now go to your Dunning or Recover application and press the knowledge base link, you will always end up in the knowledge base. Here you can consult the knowledge base and release notes.
